Evergreen is conveniently located just between both the Bear Mountain and Snow Summit Ski Resorts and walking distance to Snow Summit. This fully updated, custom built Home in Heavenly Valley Estates features central heating, vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, spacious living room, game room, loft and 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, with three bedrooms featuring en-suite baths and a master on the main level, making it perfect to accommodate the whole crew.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, TV, 2 beautiful rock gas fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedroom, 5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and bathroom with shower and double sinks. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom with shower. Upstairs third master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bathroom with shower. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bunkbed, TV, and shared bathroom with shower. Upstairs fifth bedroom has a queen bunk bed and shared bathroom with shower. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, foosball table shuffleboard, arcade game, video game console, board games, and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace or head upstairs to the game room. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Spacious fenced back yard with expansive decking gas barbecue and an enormous spa, makes for a great place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

PARKING - 5 car driveway, no garage access

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 14 people (12 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
