The separate living room features a magnificent modern gas fireplace, adding a touch of rustic elegance to the space. A walk-in pantry and a spacious kitchen provide functionality, while the bay window dining area offers a delightful spot to savor meals while gazing out at the picturesque lake. Located in Fawnskin, it is conveniently located away from the heavily trafficked areas but still just a short drive from the Village in Big Bear Lake, local ski resorts, hiking trails, and a short walk to the lake itself.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2100+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful modern gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, electric fireplace, and private bathroom with shower. Downstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, electric fireplace, and private bathroom. Downstairs third bedroom has two double beds, TV, electric fireplace, private bathroom with shower, and deck. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove /oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
