We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and you really can’t beat being right on the beach. Overall, it was a great place and we really enjoyed our time there.A couple of small improvements would make it even better. The pots and pans could use an upgrade, and a better kitchen exhaust fan would help since the smoke alarm was pretty easy to set off while cooking. Nothing major though, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The property looks directly onto Siletz Bay, which is very serene and beautiful. You can easily walk to the beach by walking down the road from the parking lot. There are two bakeries very close and one also serves coffee. The room was nice and provided all the essentials. We encountered sugar ants in the kitchen. We could also hear the people above our room and this was disturbing as they went to bed late and made noise that woke us up. Positives included a wonderful balcony overlooking the bay, one sink outside the bathroom which was very helpful when we were getting ready or if someone was using the bathroom, and a well appointed kitchen with everything needed for our stay.

Great place to stay, the view is wonderful. But if you actually want to walk down the beach to the Taft district, you cannot get passed the rocks unless it is low tide and want to walk in all that muck. Have to walk down the road then go to the beach.Only had 2 issues, while staying. The first one I reached out to for an FYI. The second one I did not. The microwave wouldn't open up at all. We did finally get our food out the next day. But have no idea why the button would not work.

Nice gathering place

The place was well-maintained and lots of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was well-stocked and beds were comfortable. We would stay again in the future.

Girls coast getaway

Nice Condo! comfy beds and furniture, and the view was wonderful. Nice decor, and water pressure was great! We enjoyed the electric fireplace too. All around a very nice weekend was enjoyed. Good location too! we will stay again.

Seltz bay condo

Great location. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the tide fill the bay. About 1/4 mile walk to the ocean and to watch the seals. Watched the fireworks from the porch for the 4th. Fit our family if 6 nicely. It could use some updating but we would stay there again.

Overall good, however issues such as no hair dryer, poor mattress in pink bedroom. No kleenex tissues. Lack of spoons, only three soup spoons.Great location & view!

Lovely

Great property, steps away from wonderful walk along the inlet and to the beach. Close to restaurants, art galleries, and grocery store. We never did figure out how to change the channel on the TV (user error I’m sure) and I missed that there was no hairdryer but that wasn’t a big deal. Very nice few days.

Getaway from the Snow

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty clean place and what you would expect for the price. A great beach just down a level if traveling with little ones. The biggest drawback was having only one bathroom with four adults and a three year old.

Great Room, Relaxing Stay

My family had a really great time this weekend, very few issues with the room and they are very minor issues. Mattresses could be replaced (and one has a very loud plastic cover, the other just feels broken down) and several of the lights were burnt out. Also just a heads up to perspective renters, This unit is listed on multiple websites and some mention that it has an in unit washer and dryer for use, it does not they are located in a padlocked closet.

Our stay at waters edge

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is beautiful . the couches are very uncomfortable to sit on . The knives in the hiuse are not very sharp and dont cut well. There is only one extra blanket in the house . the lights could be 3 way bulbs so that the rooms could have more light if one chooses to want more light . the coffee pot is small .

Wonderful Surprise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our annual July 4th WA beach house was cancelled due to septic, one week prior. So we had to find a replacement, and found Waters Edge 207 in OR. Wonderful surprise! So nice, balcony was view for fireworks we did not know about. Wonderful answer to our dilema and wonderful memories made. Close to food, beach or river and sand choices, up on 2nd floor for great view, had elevator. Thank yo, we were grateful to find this place. Even parking watch during Holiday weekend impressed us too.
