Charming 2 BR / 2 BA condo in a fantastic location! Sunchaser is mid-block on 36th St., just steps to the beach and close to all the action—Coconuts is one block away, Jolly Roger is only 6 blocks, and you're surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment. The condo is fully equipped for your stay, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, free WiFi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Enjoy a drink on the spacious deck with peek views of both the ocean and bay—perfect for relaxing and people-watching. Occupancy 8. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.

Check in was breezy, just across the street from Sunchaser. Elevator at Sunchaser was a game changer, easy to bring up our items. Note, there was some confusion with VRBO alerts that were not the same as OC Rentals online portal, so just call OC and they will help! Lovely time, beautiful condo and would love to come back. Pics of view of the bay side from the unit, the calm and quiet beach, and the fun lit fireplace of my college bestie.
