The Villa Anea has a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.40 m deep) with sunbeds and umbrellas, and it is surrounded by a sizable garden with a barbecue area. There is parking close to the building.
The villa has air conditioning and an eco-friendly pellet boiler for heating, both of which were installed recently with the goal of promoting environmentally friendly innovation. There is also free WiFi internet access available.

The result of a meticulous renovation that kept the materials and historic structures intact, including the stable on the ground floor with the manger that now houses a large hall suitable for meetings and receptions, up to 50 people, and the distinctive still-functioning fireplace at the entrance, overlooking the lawn, the space is furnished with exposed oak beams, terracotta floors, and rustic Tuscan furniture. There is a sizable outdoor space with a pergola and loggia in front of the villa's main entrance. There is also a covered dining area and a BBQ area.

On the second floor accessible by wooden staircase, large study which can be used as a bedroom with two single beds.
