Our stay was wonderful! The house had such a cozy, homey feel, and the views were absolutely amazing. The only suggestion I would make is to repair or improve the stairway leading down to the beach. Other than that, everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, simple, peaceful, comfortable, well stocked and a great price. The hydrangeas out front we're stunning. A direct path to the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean all day. Very clean. The only thing we were missing was coffee so bring some with. We were able to cook most of our meals which is convenient with a large group. The bathrooms were clean and up to date and toiletries and detergents were provided. The building is slightly older but we could see that they are updating it and for the price you can't beat it. Check in and out were easy, and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. Super close to town but felt private and quiet. A great find!

Loved this house and its location wonderful ocean view! Lovely and the layout was great! The only issues were that we couldn’t get the house warm and the shower door in one of the bathrooms fell off . Otherwise it’s wonderful.

Talk about beach access!

The house was just right as a beach house! Clean, comfortable, dog-friendly and perfect location! However, the stairs to the beach (a short set of stairs) has had major damage and repairs are needed. Next door has a good path!

Sweet place, great location.

This place was perfect for our family as we were able to let the kiddo play on the beach without having g to go anywhere. The house was cute and a good size. Only thing I can say is there could be a bit more upkeep done to make for more comfort.

The storm door on the front of the house was broken. One cabinet in the kitchen was completely missing the door. Access to the beach was not available. The stairs down to the beach had been rotted out and were taped off with yellow tape saying "do not enter".

Fire Escape

We rented this cottage last minute to escape fire evacuations in Douglas county. The setting is spectacular. We enjoyed morning and evening walks on the beach. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals. The price was right. Not a high end beach house but very nice and comfortable for three nights.

beach 2022

I really liked the house and view, especially it's proximity to Big Stump. It was in need of some winter maintenance, but noting major. I was a little disappointed that the garage and stair case out back were unaccessible , but there was beach access.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 3 nights and the beach was beautiful and easily accessible.
