Boasting loads of coastal charm, this family beach retreat features an inverted floorplan with open concept living on the upper level including floor to ceiling windows offering a bright and sunny main area to relax and recharge! Escape to the spacious deck just off the great room where you can enjoy peeks of the ocean while listening to the waves crash on the shore. Features include 4 sizeable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, WiFi, charcoal grill, and outside shower. This is just the perfect getaway location to make those special family beach vacation memories!
Ocean Village is coded as a medium residential neighborhood by Sussex County; therefore, this home can only be rented to family groups.
Overnight vehicles are limited to four (4) and must be parked at the property. No beach parties in excess of 20 people permitted on the beach.
