Features central air conditioning, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 4 TVs ( 3 Smart), Roku for streaming, and Wi-Fi. For your convenience the linens, bath and beach towels are included, and beds are made! Enjoy peaceful evenings relaxing out on the 2 waterfront decks with friends and family alongside the lovely pond! The kids will love the Salt Pond community center with pools, tennis courts, children's play area and other amenities. You can enjoy a round of golf, relax on the beach, fish, shop or just enjoy time away with family and friends! Convenient location close to shopping, walking trails and restaurants! Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond! Owner is paying the $150 per week community fee. Golf green fees are separate. Boat Dock for non-motorized boats only.
