Condo 112 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor has a private patio outside the two floor to ceiling patio glass doors. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Excellent Place & Location
This was a spectacular place to stay on the ocean. Living the Vida Life with a restaurant bar right on property. Walk the beach everyday or go into the town for Jammin Jensen. Fishing, paddle boarding, wonderful leisure time here.
