Great view!

I arranged the stay about 4 weeks in advance. Overall very pleased with the view and the condition of the unit. The posting states that it sleeps 5. There is a king bed a queen bed. So i suppose you can sleep 5 if three sleep on the king and 2 on the queen ? Maybe “up to 5” would be more accurate.

Loved, loved, loved this property!

I was so happy that we booked our stay at this property! It was very clean, the communication was fantastic and the property manager was very easy to work with! The location cannot be beat! The views from the balcony were wonderful and it was so nice to be able to go downstairs and walk out to the beach! Everything that is needed to make a comfortable trip were supplied! From kitchen items to beach toys, it was all there.

Location was excellent. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Already trying to pin down dates for our return. The only minor difficulty was the elevator, otherwise we could not have been happier!!

Fabulous vacation home!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo and can’t wait to return! Great location on the beach and conveniently located close to many great restaurants, shops and golf courses. I am a local real estate agent with Keller Williams of the Treasure Coast. I love hosting properties on Hutchinson Island, this is one of my favorite places. People who are coming on vacation to this piece of paradise are always happy and wonderful to host.

I work with investors who want to own an investment property on the beach (without renting and managing it themselves) some use it themselves part of the year and gain income the rest of the year, others rent it out 100%.
