This unit's master bedroom AND living open onto the oversized balcony (many units in this building and the one next door have a master bedroom that only overlook the side of the building or parking lot) so you can enjoy oceanfront views from the bedroom in this beauty.

Location
The unit is located on the second floor of a small condominium building with shared pool and grill as well as private beach access (used by only condo guests). Stay on quiet Hutchinson Island for several great dining and entertainment options or enjoy the plentiful amenities of Stuart, Florida, recently named America's Happiest Seaside Town by Coastal Living. Washer and dryer are located outside the unit nearby (same floor) in a shared space.
Rental includes all linens, beach chairs, and beach towels.
