Enjoy our open plan, light filled apartment that offers breathtaking views over Taupō’s township right out to the lake — the perfect base for families, couples, or corporate stays.
Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests with a flexible bedding configuration, the home is thoughtfully designed across two levels:
• Upstairs: Main living areas, separate toilet and master bedroom with ensuite
• Downstairs: Two bedrooms and main bathroom
Keep comfortable all year round with a heat pump/air conditioning in the main living area and panel heaters in each of the bedrooms.
Enjoy the convenience of a double garage for secure storage of bikes, vehicles, or a boat, plus two outdoor living areas designed for all day enjoyment, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Families will love being within walking distance to a local playground, tennis court, and basketball hoop, while food lovers can enjoy a variety of eateries and cafés just minutes away by car. For a splash of fun, take a short drive to Acacia Bay — one of Taupō’s most popular swimming spots, complete with a jetty, pontoon, public BBQ, and toilets. A boat ramp is just 8 minutes’ drive away.
With the town centre only 1.8 km away, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Taupō has to offer while retreating to your relaxing Blue Dun Views escape at the end of the day.

Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x Super King Bed
Living Room: 1 x Sofa Bed
Downstairs:
Bedroom 2: 1 x Super King Bed (can be split into 2 x King Singles upon request)
Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single Beds (can be make up together as a Super King upon request)
*If you require bedding for the sofa bed or for beds to be split or made up together, we kindly request that you let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
House Rules and Information -
Parking: Internal double garage + 2 x additional off-street parking.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
