Great house!

Great house with excellent kitchen, back patio, and pool. Great layout for a big group. Accessible kitchen. Plenty of driveway for parking multiple cars.

Couples Trip

We took a vacation with some of our friends, siblings, and their significant others. Had the absolute best time in Sea Pines. Weather was incredible for our trip. The house was fantastic for our vacation. With its spread out but functional floor plan, it was perfect for what we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature with its privacy and shade. Our group was so grateful to be able to check in a couple of hours early. Very clean on our arrival and easy check-in/out process. We recommend this rental property and would stay here again!.

Epitome of Luxury!

We recently stayed at 4 Palmetto Place through Island Rentals of Hilton Head for 4 nights, and it was fantastic. At first, we were a bit nervous since the property only had one review, but it exceeded all our expectations. The home was truly wheelchair accessible, with no need for ramps to enter, and everything was newly renovated with high-end features. The master bath was luxurious, and the double driveways made parking multiple cars very easy. It was quiet and private, with just a 15-minute walk to the beach. The layout, with two master suites in separate wings, was perfect for our family. Island Rentals was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our extended family annual trip here. The house has a great layout, we love the kitchen and dining area with the view of the pool, the big dining table and the pool area. There's only 1 level so it was quiet at night and morning when people get up, no kids running upstairs waking you up. The front yard and garage are spacious, tons of parking spots. The closest Beach is about a 12 minute walk or 5 min bike ride and very accessible at access point 26 and the beach is very nice and not crowded at all, compared to public beaches further north like Coligny or areas close to hotel/resort. It's like you have a private beach in the area we went to. We will stay in Sea Pines again next time we come back here. The 4 adult bikes and beach chairs provided in the garage are great to use. If they could also have a beach wagon and umbrella that would be very useful and great to have cuz those are hard things to pack. One of the bedrooms is a study/office room with the skylights is used as a bedroom and it gets lots of lights in the morning and could get very hot during the day. The kids loved the bunk bed room but could use a second set of bunk beds. The rooms should also have thin blankets instead of comforters which are too hot. The management company was also very responsive and professional. Overall we had a great stay and family reunion.
