Beautiful private house
This property is absolutely gorgeous. It’s expertly designed with all 4 en suite bedrooms on opposite corners of the house which is what sold us on the booking on a friends birthday trip. Felicita kept the house clean and tidy and helped wherever she could. The location allowed for a ton of privacy, definitely recommend renting a 4WD vehicle to get in and out of town or to the beach. It’s not walkable. We had several water issues while we were there and would have preferred to know up front that we may only have intermittent hot water and not the hot water on demand, but also that we would potentially run out of water if the reservoir was not filled. Two of the rooms had hot water most of the time, 1 room was very intermitttent, and the primary bedroom never had hot water once during our stay. We had to ask the housekeeper how to contact the house manager who came and looked, told us he needed a part, and we never heard again. One morning we woke to no water at all and were left flushing toilets with pool water until Felicita arrived and filled the tank. The cabinets and drawers have a strange lip on them that I’ve never seen before. I’m sure there is a reason for it, but we broke a water pitcher attempting to put it away and we were planning to replace but never got an answer to how to get it. Overall the space is great,and perfect for a large group wanting to travel together but also have privacy. Hopefully the water issue wasJust a fluke.
