Welcome to Bayside Paradise! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Nestled at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac, just steps away from the prestigious IMG Golf Course and close to Bradenton Beach, this split-level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool home offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. As you step inside, a spacious foyer awaits and sets the stage for the elegance that awaits.

Ascend the staircase to the main living area, where vaulted ceilings in nearly every room create an atmosphere of openness. The oversized kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a center island. With bar seating and a breakfast bar for casual dining, as well as a spacious dining room for more formal occasions, this home is perfect for entertaining family and loved ones.

The top floor hosts three bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a seating area, a large walk-in closet, and an updated bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a bunk bed set, and ample closet space. The second bathroom boasts an updated vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom, with its queen-size bed, is ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. A third bathroom on the second level and features a large walk-in shower.

Step outside to the decked balcony overlooking the sparkling pool, where built-in seating and a covered area create the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings with your friends and family. A staircase leads to the pool below, surrounded by lush landscaping for added privacy. There is a fire pit through the screen door by the pool for those late night s'mores!

This home offers an unparalleled lifestyle of luxury and tranquility, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No pets.

The pool is heated. Pool heat is charged at $25.00 per day. If added after a trip charge to turn pool heat on is $45.00

Fireplace is not for guests use.

The house felt roomy and comfortable

It's a great layout for spending time together. The private pool and outdoor seating were perfect for relaxing, especially in the evenings. It's in a nice, quiet area but still close to the beach and local spots, which made it easy to explore. The kitchen was well‑equipped, and the bedrooms were cozy. Pool was disappointing, cold even after heat was turned on. One of the reasons we selected the house. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with as much cookware as we’ve experienced in previously rented homes. It was clean, in a great neighborhood.

Good Location A mess , and when called the staff member wanted to schedule a maintenance three days later !!!!! An odor like mold in the whole house And this was never service prior for freshness and clean the property . The pool was a mess

Excellent house, wonderful large pool, bright and clean home, good parking, everything worked perfectly, the air conditioner kept the place cool. The location is great—only about a mile and a half from Target, Walmart, and other stores, as well as close to the beaches. I definitely recommend this property! Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. I highly recommend it and plan to return to this home next year.

great place to stay

We had a great stay . Check is was easy. The place is very clean and well stocked although I would suggest maybe more trash bags, especially for a three day stay there was only one television in the entire home just an fyi for anyone who has smaller children I would highly recommend the grill being replaced other than that I have no complaints. the pool was great and the beds were very comfortable

Parking was good. Check-in easy. Neighborhood is great and 15” from beach depending on traffic.. Layout was good, sleeping situation as described. Kitchen was disappointing as it was not adequately equipped for even basic meal prep. The area by the garage was Covered in plywood very unsightly. We could not determine what the strange smell outside was, either coming from under the house or the area behind the house .?Had asked for pool heater to remain on and yet it was not and had to be restarted resulting in cold pool, While those in the neighborhood had water warm enough to swim.This was our first VRBO rental. Standards There was a Toaster oven, but no toaster, even after 3 communications . No complimentary starter pack of coffee found in economy hotels.

Clean and comfortable. The add did not tells the pool was an extra charge of 25 per day 45 to turn it on! The door walls were nearly impossible to open. need to be replaced. A nice unit otherwise.

The pool cage was removed but not all the bolts in the concrete.I left a propane tank so you can use the grill. I don’t think picks up the yard or the mowing crew just runs over all the left over trashPlace could’ve been swept better but nice house and nice neighborhood he a good time

Pleasant vacation

My wife and I stayed for a total of four nights. The property is located in a really nice and safe area, close to just about anything and everything you could possibly want. The house is very spacious and appeared sorta stark. It's clearly used as just a rental. Nothing on the walls, extremely uncomfortable living room furniture and the master bed was like sleeping on a park bench. The pool was really nice, and plenty of deck chairs to relax in. Both the house and kitchen were nicely supplied. Drawback...would have to be the cleanliness of the property. Excellent communications with management.We are considering returning in late summer.

Friends get-away

It was a good location, close to stores. The pool is very nice. The home is nice but a little outdated. The kitchen is large and spacious for many to occupy. The downfall was, we were a group of 6 adults and ran out of some essential paper supplies. When I asked for more supplies I was told that "Gulf Coast properties are "self-catering accommodations". I never heard of this before & wasn't sure if that was mentioned in the description on VRBO, however, once you run out of the starter set they give you, it's the guest's responsibility to replenish them during their stay. Myself and my guests weren't too happy. Other than that, the house was ok. We will not be returning.

First, I will say that communication between the property host is great. Easy to check in and check out. However, the description does NOT match what you actually get. I would not describe the house as luxurious or elegant. It is cute and nestled into a jungle type feel with all of the plants surrounding the property. But once inside there is a moldy scent that they tried to cover up with plug ins everywhere. The walls are covered in marks which I dismissed at first thinking it was just marks however upon further examination the walls aren't only marked up but dirty in areas. There is a water spot on the ceiling above the bar/counter area. The oversized kitchen is the only accurate description but this is not a chefs dream. It lacks a lot of basic cooking needs and most of the dishes like plates, glasses utensils are mismatched etc. A few of the basic cooking items needed were not there and it made it difficult to make even the easiest of meals. The bedrooms were fine but the comforter in the master bedroom was visibly dirty, I don't think it had been washed in awhile and the shower has a screw in the drain sticking up that I had to make sure I didn't step on for fear it would slice my foot. The beds are rock hard. When we went outside onto the deck area to view the pool below we couldn't even go down the stairs without dodging huge spider webs. My husband had to find a broom stick to remove them all. The pool was really cold. Overall, I would not recommend.

Bayside Paradise was perfect for our trip to the area and such a great price! We had a family gathering at our brother's house that was just one block over. His house is very small with just two bedrooms so having a location so close that we didn't have to climb into cars was incredible! Bayside Paradise has a huge kitchen which was great for preparing food for the reunion day! Loved the large coffee bar in the corner of the kitchen which was perfect for making our coffee in the mornings and evenings! There is a large counter/bar area you can sit at that had 6 barstools - so much seating! The dining room had plenty of seating as well with 6 chairs around the table as well as 2 additional! And the small bar area in the dining room had a great selection of wine glasses and bar tools so we had everything we needed. And the pool was the perfect thing for a quick dip in the mornings before it got too hot during the day! The home was furnished with just enough furniture so we all had enough room to sit down. The host provided an ample supply of towels and washcloths which was also nice. And we had so much room to unpack - large closets and lots of drawer space! There were plenty of dishes in the kitchen and it was extra nice that each bathroom and the kitchen had welcome boxes with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, etc. so we didn't have to buy any of that! Bedrooms had so much sleeping space too and plenty of linens. Loved it all!
