Very clean and nice open floor plan. Very comfortable. Location was great and getting to and from property was easy. The pool and patio are nice and quiet. Would definitely rent again.

Spend my 32nd anniversary at your home. Was blessed to be able to bring my dog. Thank you so much for offering home to stay that allow pets!! The home was everything we wanted for a stay…clean,tidy and nicely decorated. We had every convenience for the stay. We loved it so much that we tried to stay an extra two days but we were not able to get a reply to stay longer :( . We had a wonderful time in a beautiful home. Thank you for everything!

It was prefect! Super comfortable and confident. The fenced in back yard is big. We have three small dogs and they loved it. And the mattresses were perfectly firm!

Home was exactly as depicted on VRBO. It was clean but noticed a few things that should have been cleaned more thoroughly.The home itself was lovely. Had everything needed including amole towels and beach towels.Had an issue with pool having lost a lot of water so was not really usable until rental mgr arrived Monday night ( we had been there since Saturday) after several emails and a call to Rent Siesta. He told us how to alleviate the issue and pool was great after that. Would definitely book this property, again.

We do apologize for the delay in getting the pool issue resolved — Saturday to Monday is longer than it should take, and we've noted that for improvement. We're glad our team got it sorted and that the pool delivered once it was up and running! We'd love to have you back for another stay — hopefully with smooth sailing on the pool from day one.

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed and a lot of space! It was a short drive to the island as well, which worked out wonderful for us. Amazing amenities and the manager of the house stopped by to check on things and was very friendly and added pool heat right away, which we were very thankful for. We will definitely be staying here again in the future - thank you for everything! The DeSmyter family

This house is a perfect location to AMI without staying on the island! Also close to grocery and other stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet. Upon our arrival, we did have to contact management for the code to the door and to turn the pool heater on, but they were very prompt and addressed the pool heater immediately. We did have two (very minor) concerns, which could just be personal preference. One was the bed in the primary bedroom. It was comfortable, but if you and/or significant other are light sleepers and toss/turn, the bed makes loud noises that will awake you - all night. The second concern is the amount of pet hair. It was on the rugs, indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, and throw blankets/pillows. We do not have any pets back home, but our clothes and socks were covered. I dropped a pillow off the bed onto the floor, and was covered in animal hair. We do not like pet hair, but as previously stated, personal preferences. Overall, we loved this house and would most definitely stay here again!
