The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious and spacious retreat nestled in leafy Gisborne, Victoria. Perfect for larger groups, families, or multiple couples seeking a relaxing getaway, this stunning property promises a memorable stay in a serene and family-friendly neighbourhood.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a set of stairs that will take you up to the main living area. This house has four bedrooms that can fit up to 8 guests and has been carefully designed and furnished for an unforgettable stay.

The main bedroom features an ensuite, walk-in robe, couch and comes complete with a flat-screen TV. The remaining bedrooms are equally inviting, with a queen bed, bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), and a single bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. All bedrooms have ample storage and are well sized.

This home has not one but two living rooms with a shared wall. Both living rooms have flat screen TVs and access to the cozy gas fire, perfect for those colder nights. For the kids, there's a dedicated kids' room where they can play to their heart's content.

The heart of the home lies in the expansive kitchen and dining area. With wooden floors and an abundance of natural light streaming through the windows, this space is warm and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and pantry.

This house comes complete with a study (with desk and chair) perfect for workers and a laundry with washing machine (downstairs).

Step outside to discover the gorgeous surroundings and unwind in style in the outdoor spa. Relax in the spa year-round and enjoy the views over the beautiful town of Gisborne.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with electronic blinds, split system air conditioning and ducted heating.

PortaCot Available:
We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $75 fee.
Please note:

- Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival.
- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.
- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property.
