Had a wonderful family vacation week at this beautiful home. Very spacious, fantastic views, sunrise, sunset. Grandkids loved watching all of the boats, seagulls and dolphin go by.

Annual Summer Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves this house and the location. It has 5 bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. A nice size kitchen, huge family room and we love the screened in porches, as well as multiple balconies. The people at Wilgus always do a great job having everything prepared as planned, they have great communication and are very professional. We hope to keep renting here for years to come

Family vacation

Beautiful home for our family. Views of the Indian River from the deck and ground level was awesome. Easy to travel to Bethany and nearby beaches. Well supplied with kitchen equipment and accessories. Would rent this property again. Our children loved the bikes to ride to the bridge. My boys loved the fishing!

Bethany Beach Vacation 2025

This house was awesome. It was my wife and I, my mother-in-law, our three kids, and two of their friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. All the amenities were great. The views were beautiful. For us, the location is ideal. The beach is about a 10 min walk, and is not nearly as crowded as the other close-by beaches. And the Rehoboth and OC boards are a short drive away. The grocery store is about a 10-15 min drive. Would definitely recommend.

Great House, Amazing Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying at Bethany almost every summer since I was 9 or 10 years old . I’m 61 now, and the chief decision maker in choosing our beach vacation house each year. The family always enjoys the change of scenery each year...the location & the house itself. But after this year’s trip, I’ve decided we’ll stay put at 33 Inlet View, our “forever” vacation home! We LOVED being right at the water’s edge; the views of the inlet from multiple spots in the house, as well as the beautiful backyard seating area are just amazing and the #1 reason we’ll be back. We saw dolphins swim by, lots of shore birds and breathtaking sunsets. Overall, the house was clean and comfortable, with multiple places for gathering as a family (we especially loved the large screened porch) to eat, play games or watch TV. But there is also enough space for alone time, to read or enjoy an early morning cup of coffee. The kitchen is amply stocked with dishes, pots/pans & small appliances. My family made use of all the beds and everyone reported that they were very comfortable. It was great to see all the bicycles in the garage, as well as plenty of beach toys. The only improvements I might suggest: 1)The screened porch could be swept of cobwebs/ bugs/crumbs and the porch dining table cleaned between guests and 2)Add cushions for the two chaise lounges on the side (uncovered) porch and 3)Increase the sink water pressure in a couple of the bathrooms. Overall, the house is beautiful and its LOCATION trumps these minor issues. My family had a great stay and we are all looking forward to returning in 2026! PS: Wilgus was WONDERFUL to work with. Very friendly & customer focused...Thank you!
