This home features 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, including a combination rec room/bedroom for the kids (bunk beds and futon), 4.5 baths, two indoor/outdoor spaces, great large Weber gas grill, spacious back yard, flat screen TVs throughout the house, Sonos sound system and YouTubeTV subscription included.

Bay Vista is a lovely, quiet neighborhood, perfect for evening strolls or a morning run, but only a 7-minute drive to the beach, the Rehoboth boardwalk, Downtown Rehoboth, the famous Tangier Outlets, great restaurants of all types, and bars and nightlife in Dewey Beach.

This house is fully equipped! Everything you need or can think of is included, from sheets and towels to paper goods, beach chairs, every small appliance you need, service for 12, plenty of pots and pans and hostware, and a stocked spice cabinet. There is a high quality drip coffee maker and grinder, plus Keurig with complimentary coffee pods, and much, much more. And for evenings at home, barbeque on the grill in the spacious backyard.

While this house is relatively new on the rental market, the hosts have 25 years of experience at the New Jersey Shore with 5 star guest ratings every year. They left New Jersey and moved to the best beach town on the Atlantic Coast – Rehoboth Beach.

Great location and love the modern vibe of the house. We had a great time. The only issue we had was with the property manager who insisted on meeting in person, and rudely got in when we've already checked into the house. The check-in process was different from the instruction I received from VRBO. Better communication with the owner would be appreciated.

My family traveled to Rehobeth for our youngest daughter’s wedding at Baywood. This beautiful home worked wonderfully for us. It was so nice to be together with our other adult kids and grandchildren. The home is nicely stocked. It is in a very nice, private neighborhood. We loved enjoying coffee on the front porch and watching the family of deer roam the area. Mel, the owner, answered all my questions promptly before I decided to book. Once we were arriving, Tyson, the property manager, met us at the house to show us around which was very appreciated. Again, we truly enjoyed our stay and if we ever come back this way, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

The place was lovely, comfortable, very clean, and exactly as described. Communications with the owner was easy and she's very responsive. Check-in was on time and efficient. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, kitchen appliances (like a food processor), and the grill. Although we didn't use it, we were pleasantly surprised that the house even had a kitchen aid mixer! We enjoyed having all of our breakfasts and dinners at the house with the bay view in the background as well as cocktails on the front porch watching neighbors and boats go by. It was a great quiet place to return to after a day at the beach, the go karts or Funland. With all the space, we didn't feel cramped and kids had plenty of space to play in and around the house. We all also appreciated the high quality bedding and towels too! We would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back in the future.

Family Reunion

The house was probably the most well stocked of any VRBO we have ever stayed. It was clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook for a family. It was obvious the owners care for the home and want to host others. We had great communication before, during, and after our stay. The check in/out process was very simple and clear. The instructions inside the house were also very clear. When we say instructions, we’re usually pretty good about figuring how to use appliances, showers etc., but the book detailed those things out very nicely! It appeared that the house had recently been renovated and was well appointed. We’d definitely stay here again. We had a family of 5 with 3 adult daughters who wanted their own space and bathrooms.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. It’s even better in person, especially the view from the front windows. The location is perfect. It’s located close to everything but tucked back in a quiet area making it great for a peaceful retreat with access to plenty of socializing. The owners had many things stocked for guest use. The kitchen had everything right down to a Bundt cake pan which made me chuckle. My family absolutely enjoyed our time here. The house is so beautifully and thoroughly designed. I was 30 weeks pregnant on my trip and loved the jets in the master shower to massage my sore back and legs after walking around the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of games and tvs with sound bars to keep everyone entertained. The house accommodated my larger than average family well and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The touches are fabulous and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host/owner is gracious and accommodating with excellent communication and the property manager was also extremely easy to contact and very helpful. We loved our stay and would love to be regular guests here.

Beautiful recently renovated home

Our family of 4 stayed 4 nights, and the house was perfect for us. The house was recently fully renovated, and every room is beautifully decorated and appointed. Almost everything you could need is provided and well-stocked. From sheets/bath towels to kitchen amenities, so many details made for our visit to be stress free. This location has a waterfront view of a beautiful marshland and the Rehoboth Bay, with Dewey Beach visible on the horizon across the bay. You could sit all day on the porch/screened porch and watch the storks and herons fly back and forth across the marsh. Neighborhood was so quiet, although downtown Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach were both just a couple of minutes drive away. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Living areas included comfortable seating, and tvs including YouTubeTV were available in living areas and bedrooms, which was a nice touch. We would recommend this rental to any families looking for a beautiful home in the Rehoboth Beach/Dewey Beach area.

With walking paths, great bird watching, safe places to bike and run, and beautiful views of the preserve and bay on nearly every street, the area is a lovely place for your family to relax and if you must, work virtually. And for beach going, there are lots of options only minutes away in RB city and beaches in Dewey, and Gordon's Pond.

Our house has been lovingly renovated and decorated by the owners to take advantage of spectacular views with tasteful touches and contemporary decor. Nothing is cookie cutter in this house. Each bathroom is uniquely designed with imported tile and fixtures, state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, and solid wood floors throughout the house. Walls of windows emphasize the beautiful views.
