This NEW Construction Single level vacation home is located in one of North Bethanys private gated bayside communities sitting on the end of the peninsula featuring Million-dollar waterfront views of the Indian River Bay! Bright and charming decor with an open concept floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms plus den with 2 full plus 1 half bathrooms and offers plenty of space to relax and recharge with family and friends. Amenities offer all the comforts of home including central air conditioning, well stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Gas grill, 2 TVs and WiFi. Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails sitting on the waterfront deck with amazing water views that go on forever!! Beach access is just a short stroll across Coastal Highway to the Delaware State Park beach! Mini Weeks All Season! Pet Friendly with $250 pet fee per pet.
