Come and stay in quaint James Bay. Only steps to Dallas Road and the ocean. Walk the Breakwater, enjoy dining with the sunset. Short walk to downtown and Beacon Hill Park. Quiet neighbourhood, peaceful private back yard. Large sunny office space to work from.

This is my house. I live here and love it. I'm opening it up at various times through the year as a rental (when I am not here:) and would appreciate guests who treat it well and love being here. I've made it cute and cozy and know you will love your stay.

Older home, but bright, cheery, clean, cozy
2 bedrooms (1 QUEEN bed and 1 DOUBLE bed)
1 Full bathroom with bathtub and shower
1 Half bathroom (toilet + sink) with washer and dryer
Clothesline in backyard if you want GREAT smelling laundry :)
Large office that faces the backyard/garden (white board on wall)
Fully equipped kitchen, full sized fridge, stove/oven, toaster, magic bullet, small food processor
Delonghi Coffee machine (for great espresso, latte's), coffee grinder
Enjoy the local photos I've taken and framed for the walls.
Due to bylaw change, this house is a 30 day minimum rental + cleaning fee

Perché ha scelto questa struttura
I have a beautiful little house in a great part of Victoria. The house is a post war home (1942) and I've landscaped the front to be a cottage garden. There is a large veggie garden in the back. A few steps down the street takes you to the Breakwater, and Dallas Road. Most mornings I take my coffee to the beach to start the day and I pack up my dinner and eat at the beach too. Its a quick walk to the grocery store (Thrifty's) and Pharmasave, as well as very close to downtown.
Perfect getaway for the summer and you can work from my beautiful bright home office (I am leaving an external monitor for you to use with your computer).
