We are excited to welcome our guests to relax at our beautiful, luxurious, well appointed and completely self contained 2 bedroom waterfront apartment with outdoor covered spa pool and situated directly on the water. Please note that this apartment is self-catering and that the 3 person spa takes a while to warm up, so remember to switch it on in time if you want to use it.

* You have your own well appointed, fully self contained apartment with spa pool and an amazing view of the water and the boating activity

* We offer a spa pool (please switch it on if you want to use it) and kayaks on request (please let us know re kayaks ahead of time), You have air conditioning, free wireless internet, free parking for one car, (there is additional on street parking close by)

We offer Free view TV channels and whatever you can log into on the Smart TV

* The apartment is situated 3 km from the nearest shopping mall (Coast Plaza) and Hoyts cinema with many great beaches, restaurants and reserves nearby.



Guest Access:

We will be here to welcome you, or we will leave the doors open and the key on the dining table if you check in late



The Neighborhood:

Relax on the deck with a morning coffee and watch the sailboats go by or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset colour the skies and the waters of the Weiti River in hues of indigo, purple, pink and orange.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to explore the many areas of interest around Whangaparaoa and the Hibiscus Coast



Other Things to Note:

No children in nappies ?diapers) Children (only over 6s) should be able to swim and should be constantly supervised by parents as there is no boundary fence and the road and the water are 8m away from your front door, their safety is your responsibility.

The apartment is eco-friendly. It is on solar power and tank water so please be aware of your usage.
