Drive the Western Coast alongside the Indian Ocean - from the south, Fremantle to the north, towards Marmion, it's aprx 33kms or a 45min coastal drive.



Closest shops - Dogswamp Shopping Village aprx 10min walk or 2 mins in the car (supermarkets, chemist, butcher, cafe, bakery, takeaway food etc).

Sweet On Cupcakes - Coffee shop & small bakery across the road.

🐾 Pets not allowed unless approved in writing – $250 penalty + cleaning fees



🎉 No parties or events – Immediate eviction with no refund 🤫 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM



👥 Non-registered guests: $30 per person, per night 🧼 Excess rubbish/cleaning: $50/hour



🗑️ Improper bin use (red/green/yellow): $100 fee 💸 Missing/damaged items (styling, appliances, linen, towels): Charged at replacement cost



🛏️ Used linen/towels must be left in rooms 🔐 Access & Security



🔑 Lockouts: $200 fee, payable before re-entry



🧳 Lost/unreturned keys, fobs, remotes: $200 per set



🚒 Emergency fire call-outs: Full charges passed to guest if triggered by misuse



🏡 Use of Property & Amenities



🧽 Property is for residential use only and must be kept clean and sanitary



♨️ Amenities like hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, and decks are used at guest’s own risk, especially with children



🚫 No illegal activity or drug use – will be reported to authorities 🔇 Guests must not disturb or endanger neighbours



🧰 Maintenance and Access We strive to ensure everything is in working order and that your stay is as comfortable as possible.



Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address them in a timely manner.



The Host or authorised contractors may require access to the Property during reasonable hours to inspect or carry out necessary repairs or maintenance. In such cases, Guests will be notified in advance wherever possible.



🚨 Emergency access may be required without prior notice in urgent situations (e.g. plumbing, electrical issues, fire alarms).
