Nestled in a quiet family neighborhood, this home's location is extremely convenient – just a stone's throw away from Costco, shops, the Dimond Mall, restaurants, and nature trails. The neighborhood consists of our neighbors who we know and who have called it home for ages. The airport and downtown Anchorage are a quick 5-10 minute drive, ensuring your travels are quick and easy.

After a day of exploring, enjoy the brand-new mattresses and soft bedding for a peaceful night's rest. And for those endless Alaskan summer days, we've included blackout blinds to ensure your sleep remains undisturbed. Families with little adventurers will find all the essentials, too, from a pack-n-play crib to a high chair and toddler dishes.

The kitchen has various cookware, bakeware, and dishes ready for meal prep or baking. The table seats four as-is, or you may add the extra leaf to seat six. Enjoy coffee or your meals on the back deck during those warmer months, with a view of the birch-lined backyard. The cozy upstairs living area features comfortable new furniture and a beautiful gas fireplace.

As for indoor amusement, enjoy a variety table games, from ping-pong matches to the nostalgia of NBA Jam. For those who prefer the great outdoors, we have yard games. As the day draws to a close, three smart TVs stand ready, ensuring everyone can unwind with their own choice of entertainment.

The downstairs area serves as a bedroom and an additional living space. Guests could move the two twin beds together to create a king bed. Two love seats and an additional TV allow multiple couples or families to enjoy their own space. The second bathroom is also located downstairs.

You will have the entire property to yourselves, and you will be given a door code before arrival.

We are always available via phone or messaging in case guests have questions or need anything! We do live in Anchorage and could be available if guests request. We provide a keyless access code for guests so they may let themselves in.

The neighborhood is a family-friendly, quiet, established neighborhood close to nearby trails. Although it feels removed, it's just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, etc!

You can easily fit 4 vehicles in the driveway. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking. Access to miles of trails for biking, waking, or skiing are just two blocks from the home.

The number of guests on the booking is the number of guests allowed in and on the property. We do not allow any gatherings unless it is discussed and approved via Airbnb messaging platform before booking.

A NOTE ABOUT ENTRY & HOLD

This home has stairs leading to the front door.
We don’t charge a security deposit—just a temporary pre-authorization hold of $800 the day before check-out (released automatically within 7 days).

No burning of candles or incense, vaping, or smoking of any kind is allowed in the home.
