Escape to a marvelous 4-bedroom duplex close to downtown Anchorage! Live like a local and explore some of Anchorage's favorite adventures and pastimes! Our home is a comfortable blending of modern conveniences and bygone charm. Just a block from the cities Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, and Westchester Lagoon. The home has 2 Free parking spaces & off street parking, high speed WiFi, is fully equipped w/ coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, plates, utensils, washer & dryer, dishwasher etc. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, w/futon, and Pak'Play. PRIVATE ENTRANCE. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

If you are looking for an amazing experience in Anchorage start here! You will be close to everything and since it is so comfortable you will be well rested. Our family recommends this, the host could not have been more gracious. When we come to Anchorage again you can bet we will be staying there. Clean, comfy and beautiful! A block away walking trails next to the water. Don’t wait and miss out!

Beautiful respite

Property was absolutely wonderful. It's a great place to unwind. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the walking paths close by. We all loved the space.

Family Cruise

Our family stayed in this unit for one night on our way to Seward for a cruise. We were only in the house for about 11 hours to sleep and shower before we had to leave but we were comfortable.

Check in was easy breezy! The whole home was just as listed and the spaces were bigger than expected! Guest book was extremely helpful and communication was seamless. Additional items such as the pack and play and toys for kids were a bonus. Our family fit comfortably and it was an easy walk to anchorage in a lovely neighborhood. We would stay here again!

The rooms were very clean and duplex well designed. Owner curated all the spices and needs as per guest’s requirements. I highly recommend this place for renting if you are traveling to Anchorage. Another positive factor is it is in quite place and playground is close by for kids to play.

Very clean and easy to get to neighborhood seemed to be very safe, small lake just around the corner was great to walk to. All rooms and bathrooms were very clean and neat loved looking at some of the artwork on the walls. Nice easy off-street parking, and easy access to main roads.

We stayed here as a group of 4 adults and 2 kids after getting off our cruise, and it was the perfect setup for us. The South Addition location is fantastic—quiet and safe, but still incredibly convenient to downtown Anchorage. Ernie was a great host, check-in was seamless, and the space accommodated our group comfortably.Everything was in great shape. Highly recommend for families or larger groups traveling together!

I'm a long time Alaskan’s and, retired after a career in public service. I've enjoy Alaska’s great outdoors and spent years whitewater rafting, camping, fishing, snow machining and cross country sking. My love for the outdoors encouraged me to purchase an RV and travel to visit all the US National Parks. Currently I spend time between the Kenai Peninsula and Anchorage.
