Modern downtown Anchorage home with access to coastal trail for biking and walking, 4 blocks to a park, 1 block to New Sagaya city market and Chickadee coffee shop. Museum, train station, restaurants, shops, etc. are between 2-8th Avenues, a short walk. Three bedrooms, 4 beds, 3 bathrooms with 1 a master bath, full kitchen, living and family rooms with TV in each room, laundry room. About 2200 square feet. One negative: There are 12 steps down to other 2 bedrooms, a challenge to navigate for some older guests with their luggage.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely well appointed. Very comfortable for three couples. Location was perfect as we were spending a couple of days waiting to start our cruise. Very handy to the airport and the hotel.

Great home in Anchorage

Home was very clean and spacious. We walked to downtown very easily and enjoyed being able to pick up a few things at the grocery storw across the street.

Comfortable

After a long travel day it was so nice to stay at a very clean and comfortable home. Our hostess left us some delicious cinnamon bread snacks. The only negative we can think of is that it was on a busy road but that would not hinder us from staying there again!

Lovely home

This property is very clean, well-provisioned and a good location! The owners of this property have thought of everything to make this rental such a nice place to stay. It is a good location and we enjoyed our stay in Anchorage even more b/c of staying here! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were so nice to have! We walked to the local grocery store a couple of times too. Very convenient! You can't go wrong by staying here.

Cleanest VRBO ever

Lovely stay with three full bathrooms for 3 of us. Good location except if the windows were open the street noise was noticeable to my sister who lives out in the country. The city people didn’t notice.Very convenient to walking downtown or running on the trail.Would definitely stay again and I’m very picky. Hosts were friendly, kind and provided helpful information.

The home and the owners were amazing. Beautifully put together, grocery store across the street, walking distance to the convention center. Phenomenal rooms kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely love the space did not want to leave. The owners let us check in early cuz our plane landed sooner than expected. Beautiful home beautiful experience. Every detail was phenomenal

Great spot in Anchorage

We had a lovely time with our friends. Close to downtown and super convenient. Didn’t realize one of the beds was a trundle, but it was still comfortable.

Alaska trip

We planned an Alaska cruise with our family and stayed in this apartment for 3 nights, prior to the cruise. The house was very clean and just as described. It is a great location and we walked to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home:)

What a gem of a place. Beautiful home with a lovely host in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, market across the street, coffee shop a block away. The neighborhood reindeer, you walk by on your walk to town. Enjoyed the snacks, water and entertainment provided. Highly recommended! We had a great visit!

Great convenient place

We were very happy with our stay. The house was the best stocked I've ever rented and everything was easy to find. It was anice walk to downtown Anchorage. The host made sure we knew where the 2nd bed for my college age grandkids slept for that i thank you! Ans the love sac loungers were a big hit with all of us. Very e joyable stay

If we could give 6 stars we would.

We stayed at this immaculate place for my 60th birthday. When we got there the owners were very responsive with the checkin directions. The house was clean, roomy and had a warm welcome and birthday surprise. The place was in walking distance to downtown and had a city market one block away. Great location, wonderful owners, and a beautiful home away from home.

This is a lovely home with plenty of room. 3 queen sized beds and 3 full baths. We were just a family of 3 but it could easily accommodate 3 couples. Just know that 2 bedrooms are downstairs and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked well. The game and book selection was nice too! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Hosts were more than helpful. They left nice treats from Alaska for us to sample. The house was perfect for the six people in our group. Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Very nice having a grocery store right across the street and just a short walk to downtown.

Anchorage Runfest

The location of this property was perfect to our needs. We were able to walk to many of the restaurants and stores in downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The layout was perfect. We appreciated all the amenities provided, along with a nice welcome treat. I would stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Anchorage. Thank you!

Anchorage Visit

The home exceeded our expectations! It is stylish, welcoming, located in a quiet neighborhood and near downtown. We had a rental car, so the street parking was very convenient. There is a great coffee shop and market nearby. Check-in was easy and communication with Lee was great. We especially appreciated the bottled water, snacks, maps and tourist information he provided. The home is exactly as listed, roomy, comfortable and well maintained. Since we were returning from a cruise, the laundry facilities were a nice feature too. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels luxurious and the kitchen was very well stocked. It had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals in the spacious dining room. Lee thought of everything. Loved the decor and all the touches that made it the perfect place to spend our time in Anchorage. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. We had a great time!

Large, beautiful home close to downtown

This home was one of the most beautifully decorated vacation rentals we have stayed in and we have stayed in many! Don’t be fooled by the small appearance from outside either, it is a very large space! As a family of seven, multiple generations, we have plenty of space to spread out but also a dinning table that accommodated all of us for dinner. The full kitchen had all we needed for cooking, and the washer and dryer were much appreciated as this was towards the end of our vacation and doing laundry was helpful before packing for home. The house was impeccably clean, and very close to downtown so quick to get to any sights we wanted to see. This place made our stay in Anchorage delightful!
