Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conifer Cabin is in a peaceful and private location surrounded by beautiful trees. The place offers a garage for parking and plenty of space on interior. I highly recommend the stay.

Great place!!

Very nice place to stay. Has all the amenities you need for your stay. Very clean. Quite neighborhood with lots of wildlife to watch. Nice deck in the back to sit outside. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect, peaceful northwoods getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent experience staying in cabin in Sayner. Cabin is on a quiet road, so peaceful, that we saw several deer (including a doe and twin fawns) wander through the property during our stay. Furnishings were nice, including a well stocked kitchen and the washer and dryer were a welcomed bonus since we were traveling with a baby. Would definitely recommend and hoping to stay here again in the future.

Sayner Cabin In The Woods

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with a few of caveats. When I arrived there was no tenant manual for things like Wifi Password or garage door opener function (It's a three car garage with the two car section reserved for the tenant.) The opener button is the one of the small buttons not the large button which I assumed would correspond to the larger door. Not a big deal but it caused some frustration because it was raining when I arrived and I had some things I needed to store in the garage. The"couch" is a futon which wasn't very comfortable. The ceiling fan in the living room (the only fan in the home) was set at the lowest speed and the chain removed. It got hot some of the days I was there and the ceiling fan was not effective. Thankfully I had a small fan with me or it would have been miserable. Lastly, the Smart TV would not connect to the Wifi. Luckily I had brought my Firestick with me. This were all minor inconveniences that I was able to overcome/deal with. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
