WELCOME TO CASA DE EVILINA, a beautiful beachfront retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. With breathtaking ocean views, an inviting courtyard, and an open floor plan, this home is the perfect destination for your next coastal getaway.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bedroom, located on the east side of the house, features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and stunning ocean views right from bed. The second bedroom, on the west side, also offers a king bed and ocean view—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is cozy and peaceful, overlooking the courtyard and includes a full bed and a twin bed. A full bathroom and half bathroom are conveniently located nearby.

COURTYARD ENTRANCE
Your stay begins with a charming courtyard that sets the tone for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Lush surroundings and a warm ambiance welcome you into the heart of the home.

INDOOR LIVING SPACE
The open-concept design allows for a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A beautiful, ornate fireplace (not for guest use) serves as a centerpiece. The living and dining areas are perfectly positioned to maximize the ocean views from large beachfront windows—creating a calming and scenic backdrop for time spent with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen features generous counter space and bar seating, making it easy and fun to prepare meals or cocktails together. Whether you’re mixing margaritas or cooking up a carne asada feast, this kitchen is ready for it all.

Pets are allowed upon prior approval. A $75 USD pet fee applies per pet.

Beautiful house. Very clean. Great location. Quiet. We had a wonderful time with the entire family.

We enjoyed the space and location—easy beach access from the patio and great tidepooling at low tide. Beds were comfy, A/C and fans kept things cool, and the kitchen was spacious. The location of both Walmart and the check-in office was also very convenient. The host and the concierge for the rental were very responsive. The kitchen included helpful extras like cling wrap, foil, plastic forks, and more left behind by previous guests.However, for the price (the highest on our list), there were several surprises that would’ve influenced our booking decision. I'd stay again, but not at the same nightly rate.Important considerations:* No hot water in the showers (fine in summer, but not ideal in cooler months).* Listing said there was a dishwasher—there wasn’t.* No laundry, despite listing saying otherwise.* Game room and foosball table also not present.* Fridge didn’t stay cold—we had to buy ice to keep food fresh.* Oven is very difficult and potentially dangerous to use: involves turning on gas, removing a heavy metal plate, manually lighting, then replacing the plate carefully.* Dead cockroach on the kitchen floor at arrival and trash in the backyard sand.* Only one small bar of hand soap per sink.
May want to consider purchasing more at the Walmart nearby in advance.We had a good stay overall, but better listing accuracy and a few fixes would make a big difference.

Lots of shells to be found along the beach in this location! The kids loved that.
The early morning waters were beautiful and warm.
There were never very many people on the beach other than the occasional beach vendor passing through offering goods or services.

Loved it!

Great house, great location. Was perfect for our family and grandchildren. Only draw-back is that the master bathroom had no hot water to the shower. All the other faucets had hot water, but not that shower. We made due by showering in the other bathroom!
