A unique apartment in a peaceful spot surrounded by gardens far enough away from the city to escape the hustle and bustle but hop on the nearby tram and you are in the CBD in approx 15 min. So central and accessible to the beach by tram in 15 min and a short drive to Flinders Uni, hospital and Marion shopping Centre. A short walk around the corner to the shopping district you will find Aldi and other supermarkets and shops. The palm garden and BBQ area is a sunny spot perfect for a relaxing.
