The guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home from the primary suite for added privacy. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a smart TV, and and large double door closet. The third bedroom is setup as an office/den, with a queen size sofa bed, a large double door closet, a desk, and an additional 60" Smart TV.

The second bathroom is conveniently located between the guest bathrooms with a linen closet in the hallway outside the second bathroom. This home features a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink, and cabinets for extra storage. The enclosed lanai is spacious, and perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. With your rental, you're entitled to guest passes to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiard tables, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Are you an avid golfer? With the additional, optional purchase of upgraded resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no green fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical “pitch & putts”. They present some challenging par 3’s and the occasional par 4, with 3 sets of Tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses.

GOLF CART LIABILITY WAIVER - Renters will be required to submit an additional damage deposit for the golf cart. Guests must sign golf cart liability waiver, agreeing to take responsibility for any damages to the cart, damage to any property by the cart, and any injuries that may occur. Additionally, guests must agree to The Villages rules for golf cart use. All guests must provide copies of their drivers licenses.

This spacious, clean and well-appointed designer home is less than a five-minute golf cart ride from Sawgrass Grove where you can enjoy live nightly entertainment!
