We had a wonderful visit. We would recommend and we would defiantly stay again. Easy to get to and easy to navigate around The Villages. Beautiful house with lots of room. Everything in the house that one would need.

Our favorite stay

We’ve stayed here for 3 years in a row as we attend a church convention at the Sumter County Fairgrounds. It’s an ideal split plan home so everyone gas their own space and a super quiet neighborhood. The owners have been super accommodating for our special needs and easy to communicate and work with

Outstanding Location; Don't Hesitate to Book

House is on a quiet street, corner lot, pristine interior and exterior. Spacious, comfortable, perfect! I would DEFINITELY book here again. We were able to take a quick 10 minute, scenic walk through the neighborhood, past the tennis/ pickleball courts, pool, and golf course to a cute little town square complete with little shops, restaurants, and entertainment. My sisters and I were in town for only a few days and this was a perfect house for us to all have our own spaces, yet still be able to come together in the lanai, living room, kitchen/ dining area. Communication was excellent with quick, helpful, and courteous responses!

Great place but…3 Bedroom, 2 Bed

First of all the place is a really great place in a great location. It’s only about 3 blocks to walk to the Sawgrass square. Which is perfect for food and music. It’s clean, and hugely spacious.My only gripe is there are only 2 beds and 1 air mattress, which like most deflates 30% overnight and is a pain to get out of.The sofa in the 3rd Br doesn’t have a pullout. Can’t believe they consider this a 3rd bedroom, It’s more of a den/study.Given that, it’s on our short list of places to stay next year.

Very Clean Home in a Great Location

This home is exceptionally clean, stocked well, and in a perfect location. The owner is very responsive. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation getaway to the villages.

1st time villagers

This was our first visit to the Villages. Spent 3 days visiting with friends that spend the winter there. We plan to come back for the month of March 2025. We would love to stay in this home again. This home is as advertised and met our expectations. A bonus was the free passes to the community facilities. Thank you Darren. Mike and Jackie from Ohio.

Great Location

This beautiful home is in a great location. I was able to walk to the nearby center to listen to music and eat. The house was very clean and everything was so smooth. Will definitely rent again.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice home in a secure and quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The WiFi service was great with multiple devices connectioned. We had to change our reservation dates twice due to family issues and the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

Our favorite place

This is our 2nd stay - we came to attend an event at the fairgrounds and this location works great for us. Only about 25 min away and fairy direct route. The house is excellent for a group. We actually used the inflatable queen mattress in the walk in closet as I needed some privacy and the closet is huge !!!

Quiet and Beautiful

We enjoyed the convenience and close proximity to recreation and swimming. The live bands in all of the town squares were great and many folks were street dancing to the beat.

Nice stay

The property was very nice and well stocked for a good visit. Quick responses from owner when had questions or issues. The lock to get in was a bit tricky, but finally worked. I had an issue with internet buffering, but the owner did all they could to help. The location is perfect. Nice easy walk to pool or Ezell Rec Center/Sawgrass Grove. Thank you.

Best rental!

This was a perfect home for our event at the Sumter Fairgrounds - an easy access home and everything we needed. Great communication about any details needed. The floor plan is ideal for two couples or more as the guest bedroom and bath are in a separate part from the Master suite so provides great privacy. The Master Suite is awesome with huge closet ! You can’t go wrong with this home

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay here and the property was as described. Property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with some amenities to help make your stay more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again.

This new property is in a great location near the rec center, putting course, and soon to open pub. The rate was good. The house is very clean, and well set up. Communication with the owners was first rate. A Great Get Away Stay.
