Simpsons Happy Place Near Spanish Springs Square

This property is very close to The Spanish Springs Town Square, which is the main attraction. It's a large house in comparison to other local properties and we filled the house with as much stuff that we could think of to make this home feel more like a home, including some unique things you never knew you'd like such as our Simpsons Arcade Cabinet game! We are also providing numerous TV streaming services on the 75" TV.

3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home. Master has a KING bed. Guest has a QUEEN. Bedroom 3 has TWIN bunkbed. Livingroom has a pullout sofa.

The doors to the bunkbed room are glass sliding doors and have privacy. There is a private A/C for this room. The other door leads to the back yard.

Free Guest passes are available at no charge. Guests need to provide names, addresses and birthdates of all guests to qualify for the guest pass which gives access to many of the pools, pickleball, tennis, bocce, golf courses and recreation centers.
Entry is a keypad which we will provide the access code prior to arrival so check in is contactless.

Golf Carts are available to rent at nearby locations.
