House was set up just right for what we needed for our stay. The only thing we had an issue with was the black mold on the master bath dealing and the shower doors were about to fall off.

This is a nice, comfortable and quiet house. Easily large enough for four people. Access is a little challenging with a narrow road with two switchbacks. But I made it okay pulling my motorcycle trailer with a mid-size SUV. If you walk in the morning, expect to be greeted by a couple of friendly neighborhood dogs.

Perfect cabin for us. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the views from the large covered porch. Close to downtown Franklin. Great food and wonderful shops. Will certainly plan to stay again. A big thanks to Loretta (the property manager) for being available and prompt in answering any questions.

Love every moment

We used to live in Highlands so it was great to be back in the area. As soon as we arrived all our stresses went away. We loved the location. So quiet. Every night deer would walk below the back deck. And I think I forgot how nice the mountain water is on the hair and skin.

Very Remote- Hard to get to and on a one lane road winding road

We won’t be going back. Terrible communication with VRBO and third party property manager. We weren’t given an access code and the person I spoke with couldn’t be bothered and said” how do I know you are who you say you are” even though I gave her our confirmation number, full names and address. Thankfully she came to her senses and gave me the information. Worst experience.

The cabin was very private. Quite when they weren't building near by. Could use a new skillet tho. Otherwise our stay was nice.
