Welcome to Grandview Luxury Condos! Enjoy a spacious balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and a grill. This two bedroom condo offers modern amenities, a walk in shower and stunning mountain views to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Perfectly tucked away in the mountains of Sylva, North Carolina, this condo sleeps up to six guests comfortably. We have eight units on site, so please reach out if you’re interested in booking additional units for your group. It’s close to great hiking, skiing, fishing, restaurants, and coffee shops.

The property was perfect for our 2 night getaway. It's a quiet and secluded retreat with a beautiful view from the porch, living room and 2 bedrooms. The condo was spotless, very spacious and comfortable for our family. We'll be back again!

The cabin is great. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time. The view is gorgeous, and the gas fireplace adds a warm atmosphere when needed. If you are looking for a hidden breakaway in the sticks, this is your cabin. But still with easy access to nearby towns.Additions that would improve the experience are:A kettle to boil water. The addition of curtains for the window in the dining room/living area to create some privacy between the driveway, garage area, and the unit. The king bed bases are also very high, making it uncomfortable for shorter people to get on and off the bed.

The listing pictures gave the impression that the unit is an upper level one but this unit is on ground level. This was not indicated in the listing description and for someone who has not been to the property before, one will think that the unit is at upper level. Initially I was disappointed after found it out only after receiving the instructions for check in 1-2 days before. But once I arrived in the unit, I was really happy as the unit is beautiful and cozy with beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely will go back to this property again.

All in all it was a great property just needs a bit of fine tuning. It needs a few more amenities. For example: A few more bath towels.If cook in, large salad bowl, serving pieces, large pots and pans, wine glasses with stems, candles in case power goes out (of which it did).There are some maintenance issues that have been reported. Additional items in maintenance are the sockets in bathrooms need alignment as the plate and socket are flush therefore hairdryer plugs don’t stay in.On these things and it would be excellent.
