Located just 5 minutes away from the amazing Blooming Point Beach, one of PEI’s most spectacular beaches and just a short drive from the North Shore Coastal Parkway, PEI National Park, Dalvay-by-the-Sea, Stanhope Beach, Covehead Lighthouse and Brackley Beach. Here is where you can relax and enjoy a one-bedroom downstairs suite in our private home located in the beautiful countryside at Blooming Point.
We are an easy 20-minute drive from downtown Charlottetown with our home looking west with views over Tracadie Bay.
In addition to Blooming Point Beach just down the road, outdoor pickleball courts and a disc golf course are less than 5 minutes away plus some of Canda’s premier golf courses found close by at Crowbush, Brudenell, Dundarave and Stanhope Golf Courses with many others within short reach. For cyclists looking for a spectacular trail system the famous Confederation Trail awaits nearby.
The downstairs suite includes a cozy bedroom, a private three-piece bathroom, spacious living room/dining area with TV and Wi-Fi. The suite has a mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Very pleasant accmodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With only a short drive to Charlottetown, St. Peters, and Montague, Dave & Kim's home was convenient for our needs. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed, easy access to confederation trail, as well as Blooming Point beach.

Great Little Retreat

Clean basement apartment, thoughtful touches. 30 min from Charlottetown & 45 from Cavendish. Beautiful sunset bay view as the end of the road.

Belle place tranquille et propriétaire très aimable merci Kim et Dave. J’ai aimé l’endroit stratégique près des grand centre Charlottetown, la mer etc… moins d’une heure de Souris pour le traversier Seul point à souligner à part le micro-ondes rien pour faire à manger. Beautiful quiet place and very friendly owner, thank you Kim and Dave. I liked the strategic location near the major Charlottetown center, the sea etc… less than an hour from Souris for the ferry Only point to highlight apart from the microwave nothing to cook food.
