Great little property. Check in was very easy. When asking questions host responded very promptly. Loved the large gazebo area for evening relaxing. Cottage was perfect size for us. Would recommend !

Very friendly host, perfect location close to the beaches and extremely calm. Loved the small playground area for our son and the access to washing machines. Clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Check-in very easy. Chalet was small but comfortable! Nice outside areas, important for Casey our Labrador! Host was quick to respond to any inquiry. TV didn't have any "regular" channels and our USA logins were not recognized; no TV for 4 days, probably healthy!

Extremely comfortable and peaceful stay at Stanhope Chalets. We booked for 4 nights in August 2026, and were very glad we ended up choosing this location. The young kids enjoyed the playground in the evenings and mornings. The laundry and amenities were perfect. Clean, cozy, easy. Excellent location for beaches and close to our tourist activities in the west. Others mention hearing the road, and we were staying in the chalet closest the road. You can hear the traffic, but slept super well every night. Thank you!

The cottage was ok for two people. Only thing, they should replace the door nob. Close to everything to visit. We would return to that place eventually.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in one of this hosts rentals. Great Location!…walk to golf or yhe beach. Cottage was clean and wellprepared. Host was honest, accommodating & very friendly. Max, our black lab was really comfortable there too.

PEI GETAWAY

Lovely and quiet cottage stocked with necessary items for an enjoyable stay. The very responsive host let us check in a bit early, which was very helpful. The cottage is in good location for many activities without driving too far. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Place was in a great location close to bike trails, beaches, restaurants and Charlottetown. Place was clean. Owner was very nice and easy to deal with. Perfect for two adults and two kids. Bed mattresses and couch were not very comfortable. There was no lazy boy in the living room as pictured. Good overall.

Ok cottage

Cottage is very nice however we could not use the TV as you need to have some kind of account for firefox from Amazon, and or download apps on your account, which we don't have. the only other thing was the tub drain is plugged so it take forever for the tub to drain. The owner was very good to deal with.

Stanhope Chalets

It was okay. Cabin was clean. Quite noisy as it was Cabin nearest the roadway which was busy. The sea decor of cabin was cute. Nice gazebos in the back - looks brand new. Firepit area would be good for group gatherings.We found the towels insufficient in number and of very poor quality. Blinds on windows in bedrooms especially do not keep out all the light in the morning. Drapes on sides would help. Beds are hard - especially for senior citizens. Didn't know how to use the fire stick TV set-up initially and found it frustrating not to have a regular channel guide to watch the news daily. Prime Video would cut out periodically.We wouldn't book there again but can see where it would be great for large families with kids as there is a playground set up as well.Too far from Cavenish and Rustico for our liking but a quick jaunt into Charlottetown for the theatre.
