Oceanview year round winterized cottage/apartment is very clean and on the second floor of the carriage house in Stanhope. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Two outdoor decks to enjoy a nice BBQ & See the ocean! Also outside shower. Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. Minutes to golf course, fresh seafood at Richards, The Finn, deep sea fishing, fine dining at Dalvay By The Sea, The Dunes Gallery, biking trails and more. Only 20 minutes from Charlottetown. The space below the cottage is storage for owners. We respect privacy and quiet time for guests to enjoy the cottage. "For security purposes, this property has an exterior security camera located on the far right of the garage door facing the driveway. The camera does not view cottage door entrance, any interior or private spaces." PEI Tourism License #2203162)

Kathy and Bruce’s cottage is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The cottage is well located. A short walk and you are on the beach and many restaurants, including the famous Richard’s. We enjoyed our stay and we would not hesitate to come back.

Near the Stanhope National Park, easy access to plenty of beaches. Excellent accomodations with everything you need to enjoy a holiday in the area.

A wonderful property and location, perfect for two. I slightly longer walk to the beach than I expected but it's still close by and it's a lovely beach. A great way to experience PEI.

We loved the house and the location. The kitchen, laundry and local information provided were excellent. The sun rose and set around the house and the ocean was in view at all times. We walked to the beach. We were able to drive to great restaurants nearby and it turned out to be a super central location to explore PEI.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was charming, spacious, and exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities we needed, with plenty of parking available. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. It was approximately 25 minutes to both Charlettown and Cavendish. No need to travel to beaches as there are several within a very close proximity.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was our first time visiting PEI. The cottage was all we had hoped for and more. Very clean had all we needed to stay for the week. The land is beautiful. great view ,so peaceful.. Kathy was the best,there if we needed anything., Great communication. Highly recommend staying here. Til next time . Will remember our visit forever.

Location is perfect to access local sites, beach, nearby towns and Charlottetown.Only improvement suggestion would be to replace queen bed with a king size otherwise all is excellent.

Wonderful cottage

We enjoyed our stay here. Very quaint and excellently stocked with all your needs!Location is perfect with a beautiful beach within a short walk.Highly recommend this area! Kathy was very kind and gracious, offering up some tips on where to eat and how to get to the beach!

Great place to enjoy the beaches and beauty of PEI. Clean, modern, comfortable accomodations in a nice neighborhood, with ocean views, plenty of birds, and within walking distance of the beach. Hosts were super responsive and nonintrusive. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A charming spot to stay - very central location to tour the island. Close to walking trails. Very clean and well stocked with all you need for cooking or bbq. Peaceful at night- we would definitely recommend this spot. Owners give good recommendations for places to eat nearby. Fin Folk food is a definite must to try.
