Our single family heated pool home with Gulf access and pet friendly is located off a dead end in a quiet residential street in Bonita Springs, Florida. We are located just a little over a mile away from historic downtown Bonita Springs and just 4 miles to Bonita and Barefoot Beaches. We are located just down the street from Bonita Springs Rec Center that has a children's playground, baseball fields, one of the only bike and skateparks in the area and pickleball courts. We are less a mile from the public Bonita Fairways Golf Course and our home makes a great place for groups traveling for Golf.

A Warm Welcome:



As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a lush subtropical Florida landscape. The facade of our home is adorned with Creeping Fig, complemented by vibrant container plants by the front door. Step inside and discover the unique story of our home, starting with a beautiful live edge table on your right. This piece, salvaged and refurbished after Hurricane Ian placed it in the backyard, adds a touch of history and warmth to your welcome.



Elegant Living Spaces:



The heart of our home includes the family room, kitchen, and dining area. One-of-a-kind art pieces are scattered throughout, including a distinctive desk crafted from an airplane wing. The kitchen features an elegant black-and-white free-form backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a view of the upper lanai, filled with orchids and house plants, as well as the pool, mangroves and canal beyond. Enjoy casual dining at the kitchen counter with four bar-height chairs.



The inviting family room, with its modern furnishings and large front window, is perfect for relaxation. Adjacent to this is the laundry room, complete with a wash sink and folding counters (please note the garage is not available for guest use).



Luxurious Bedrooms:



Main Bedroom (#1): This sanctuary offers a king bed, direct access to the upper lanai and pool, and plantation shutters for a peaceful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub, large walk-in shower, water closet, and a spacious vanity, along with two large closets for your convenience.



Bedroom #2: On the opposite side of the home, you'll find this room with a king bed. It boasts a large closet, perfect for storing your luggage. Just outside is Bathroom #2, with a shower/tub combo, long vanity, and large mirror.



Bedroom #3: This cozy room includes a queen bed and views of the backyard and boat lift. This bedroom is just down a short hallway from bedroom #2



Outdoor Oasis:



Step outside to our large screened-in lanai, featuring an above-ground patio area for dining and relaxation under the covered roof, and a below-ground heated pool for swimming to your heart's content. This private area is surrounded by mangroves and has no visible neighbors, ensuring your peace and tranquility. The pool faces west.



Our home is located just four houses away from the Imperial River, providing access to Fish Trap Bay, Estero Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. Sometimes, you might even spot bottlenose dolphins in the canal! Feel free to bring your small watercraft, including kayaks and paddleboards. There are also local kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals available in downtown Bonita.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.



To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

The Small Print:



The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.



This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager



Conveniently located less than a 30-minute drive from SWFL International Airport, this retreat recommends bringing or renting or bringing your own car for optimal exploration.



This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 1 week prior to arrival.
