Hi Pam, thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're sorry the place didn’t meet your expectations. As a basement apartment, it can feel cooler during winter which is why we have electric fireplaces, even though the lowest temperature it drops to is 21°C. We also provide extra blankets & other amenities upon request, and would have been happy to assist you had you reached out. Additionally, the dining table isn’t included, as shown in the photos, but we’ll consider this feedback for future improvements! We take cleanliness seriously, and we're surprised to hear about dust affecting your allergies; it’s the first time we have received such feedback.
