The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

DO NOT leave garbage in the backyard, pool, or pool area. Remove and put away all floaties. Do NOT leave floaties in the pool. Throw damaged or punctured floaties in the trash.

Let us know if any drains have been clogged due to garbage, hair, or etc.

If you are checking out on a Wednesday, please place the garbage bins at the curb. Garbage collection is on Thursdays, so please leave the bins out for the City of Richmond Hill to collect.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

SHOES - No shoes inside the house. Bring slippers, the basement has carpet flooring and if there are any spots we will charge you for carpet cleaning.

SMOKING - There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE. Please throw your cigarette butts in the trash.

TOILETS - Please DO NOT flush toilet paper down the toilets. It WILL clog the toilet, will be a very costly fix,which will be charged back to you

The property was well kept and the inside of the house was very clean, the host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to needs. For sure will be back !

Great place to have a party

The place is clean and beautiful. Yasmin was very nice helped us a lot. We did a birthday party there and we had an amazing time there. The only down side is there is no lights in the deck outside
