House Rules:
1. Visitor policy: No visitors allowed without the host permission. There will be a fine of $50/ person if the number of guests exceed the reservation.
2. Any kind of party, events or disruptions are banned on property.
3. No late check-out. Early check-in may be available based on availability.
4. We have put our heart and soul into our place. Please maintain cleanliness in the house. Avoid wearing outdoor footwear on furniture, carpets or linen
5. According to host's ground rules, guests must leave the listing in its original state. The cleaning fees set be hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (eg: laundry, vacuuming). Violation of this rule would attract a penalty of $150.
6. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
