The apartment was spectacular & we felt instantly at home !!! The furnishings were beautiful & fireplace fantastic!!! The surrounding windows around three sides of the apartment left us speechless!!!! Having a front row seat to the Niagara Falls & Fireworks last night is a lifetime experience we will always remember !!!! We had front row experience with Eiffel Tower & London Bridge…….Our stay here is right up there along with our other spectacular views!!!!

The condo was AWESOME. Location was close to everything we wanted to see and the views of the rapids and fireworks was fantastic. Wish we would have been able to stay longer. The team that was working when we checked in was top notch. Helped us out with every question we had. Want to come back in the Spring/Summer so that we could do more hiking.

Thanks! Several aspects of our stay were truly remarkable. The host was incredible—super responsive and welcoming! The amenities were top-notch, especially the windows throughout, which offered stunning views of Niagara Falls, NY, and Ontario, Canada. Each evening, the fireworks from the Canadian side felt like a private show just for us. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the falls, restaurants, and the souvenir shop. I must also commend the courteous staff at the front desk and the morning buffet. Honestly, the entire experience is something we will cherish forever.

We really enjoyed our stay but the room was not ready when we got there. They did apologize and about 30 minutes later it was ready. Not a big issue but the property manager felt bad and offered us a voucher for food and since we were starving we gladly accepted. Beautiful views from the suite and if I ever go back I’ll stay again

We enjoyed staying at this property - spacious and comfortable and a plus that it is pet friendly. Beautiful view of the falls and fireworks at night.Hotel staff were amazing! Always had fresh coffee/ water / snacks in Lobby. Breakfast had lots of choices. Close to all attractions!

They stay was great, the only negative was the outside of windows needed cleaned of spiderwebs. Great location, lots of space, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location with fantastic views. Plenty of space. However, we ended up leaving after only couple of hours as the extremely strong scent of a cleaning product used was so overwhelming it gave us migraines and we could not stay even after paying in full, it was the most expensive property in the area.

The host and desk staff were excellent in setup, check-in and helping with our stay. The bedrooms were dusty. Worse, there is a spider problem. They were all over the external windows. Some on the internal windows. I had to remove two large (1-2 inches across) spiders hanging from the ceiling above the beds in both bedrooms. It was distressing because we had two young kids and I have arachnophobia.

Absolutely LOVE the setup of this condo. Walk in the door and to the right are the bedrooms and bathroom and to the left is the living room & kitchen. Super close proximity to the falls and amazing views from the room - refer to pics. Parking was close, safe & secure. Check-in and out were easy. Breakfast and staff were amazing. I was expecting the room to be cleaned during my stay (like a hotel). Beds were comfy. Overall everything was perfect. My only suggestion is to not look up. The ceilings are super high and there were spiderwebs and other debris(maybe peeling paint) up there since it's basically unreachable. Also spiderwebs in the windows and in the sitting area. My daughter called the front desk 1 night and asked them to get a spider out of her room (teenagers smh) and I spotted 1 spider in the room I stayed in. Not the end of the world & i would most definitely stay here again.
