Nestled in the heart of the Rutherglen Wine Region in North East Victoria, Quondong is a luxury oasis that has all the features of a farm stay with the comfort of a five star hotel. The property boasts extensive gardens and lawn areas and is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the stunning natural surroundings. The property boasts two homes, The Homestead and The Cottage.

The heart of our property is the historic Homestead, a testament to timeless elegance and comfort. It boasts a spacious sitting room, generously-sized dining room, sun-room, sauna, fully-equipped kitchen that beckons to culinary enthusiasts, and a convenient laundry room. With two inviting bathrooms and four cozy bedrooms, including a spacious king-sized haven, the Homestead provides comfort and tranquility for your stay.

For those seeking modernity with a rustic charm, our newly-renovated Cottage is just a stone's throw from the Homestead. This haven offers an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space, bathroom & laundry. Four tastefully appointed bedrooms including a luxurious master bedroom with private sitting area and fully renovated ensuite. The cottage caters to all your needs, with three stunning outdoor sittings areas including a huge entertainers deck over-looking the lagoon and leading into the master suite.

Outside our guests can choose from a wide array of designated seating areas, each with their own incredible view of the property's manicured gardens and rustic waterways. Children are spoiled for choice with multiple sand pits, secret gardens, tree houses and climbing frames and they are sure to love the roaming chickens and the daily egg collection. There are many bikes available to explore the tracks around the farm and many children find their calm on the swings, hammocks and cubby-houses scattered across the farm.

During the warmer months guests can relax in the sun lounges by the swimming pool, hot tub and ice bath or enjoy fishing and canoeing in our private lagoon.

During the cooler months you will find fire pits and fully stocked wood piles around almost every corner.

Quondong has a tranquil sense of escape whilst being immersed within the farmlands around one of Victoria's best wine regions and is less than 500 meters away from the mighty Murray River. The property is located just off the famous Distillery Road that boasts three beautiful cellar door's including Cofield's, Pfeiffer's and the new Richard Buller wineries, all within a short bike ride away.

Explore the surrounding towns of Rutherglen, Wahgunyah and Corowa where you will be spoilt for choice of cafes and restaurants showcasing fabulous local produce and temping tastebuds.

Take a short 30 minute drive and you will find yourself surrounded by the action of Yarrawonga & Lake Mulwala offering adrenaline pumping water sports, golf at Black Bull Golf Course, the 45 hole Yarrawonga and Border Golf Club and the beautiful Rich Glen Provedore.
