🌴☀️ Welcome to 404E at Oceana in beautiful Treasure Island! 🌊✨

This amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, with the white sugar sand beach of Treasure Island just across the street. The guest bedroom offers views of the Gulf and beach, while the Primary Bedroom and private 4th-floor balcony showcase stunning Intracoastal views. Enjoy the heated in-ground community pool and hot tub for the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6, with a king bed in the Primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. You’ll also have a fully stocked kitchen with cooking and dining essentials, plus a washer and dryer for convenience. Beach equipment rentals are available on the beach, and daily or nightly dock rentals may be reserved directly through Oceana Provident.

Check-in is on the second floor of the East Oceana building between 9am–9pm daily. If arriving outside those hours, you’ll receive a nearby off-site check-in location. There is a front desk for assistance. Only ONE assigned parking space is included with your reservation. We are unable to assist with additional parking if guest spots are unavailable. There are no grills on the property.

The location is fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, John’s Pass, and a trolley that runs for a nominal fee.

Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, dish towels, and one full set of bath towels plus one beach towel per guest based on occupancy. These items are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or aluminum foil.

At least one guest must be 25 years old. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted. If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and only the payer may e-sign the rental agreement. Once signed, guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on arrival day.

Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in, including no refunds for health issues, weather, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), red tide, cold water, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee per change plus any rate difference. Heated pools may feel cool during colder weather, and refunds will not be issued for cold water temperatures.

Please understand that after a hurricane there may be temporary closures of beaches, restaurants, roads, amenities, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, or cable. The no-refund policy remains in effect in these circumstances, which is why travel insurance, including CFAR coverage, is highly recommended.

Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. Due to same-day turnovers, early check-in requests are discouraged. If the unit becomes available early, you will be notified the morning of arrival; a $50 early check-in fee will apply.

Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box.

Please note: We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, regardless of its length. Some of the main items we do not provide include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, and aluminum foil.

IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party is making the payment, you must add the payer’s email address to the booking. The payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who submits payment is authorized to sign the rental agreement.

Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.

There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (including cold water or red tide), or transportation/road conditions (including flight cancellations). If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged.

Again, due to the no-refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended—especially if your stay falls during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 through November 30).

Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds or discounts due to cold water temperatures.

Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. There may be temporary closures—possibly lasting weeks—of restaurants, shops, roads, beaches, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. The no-refund policy will remain in effect under these circumstances. This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations.

Early check-in: Because we have a high number of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Standard check-in begins at 4 PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you on the morning of arrival. A $50 early check-in fee will apply.

The payer of the booking must sign our rental agreement to ensure that guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Nice little condo on the intracoastal side

Rented this unit and another on the beach side for an extended family gathering. This unit was cozy and well-stocked with beach chairs, etc. (The other unit had space but little else.) Commendations to the owners and to the management team, who was very responsive.

Condo was great! The view is amazing. Only down side was the nonstop noise from above us and a couple below. They had their doors open while being intimate and it was very disruptive
