All-sports Birch Lake is a beautiful sky blue color with a sandy bottom. The main area of the home consists of an open living room, kitchen, and dining space.

The porch outside is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and invites relaxation. The yard is spacious enough for kids and dogs to play. Additionally, there's a dock, shared waterfront and water toys, along with other water attractions.

This property is conveniently close to the Great Lakes Equestrian Horse Show, Turtle Creek Casino, and Elk Rapids. Traverse City is just a short 15-minute drive away.

One well-behaved dog is allowed, but owners must clean up after their pet.
