Overall Good

Let me start by saying the property is gorgeous in a great little neighborhood near the river. However, the listing states river access with a picture that gives the illusion that it is directly on the river. This is not the case. The property is located across the street with an easement that allows you to go between two properties that lead to a deck down to the river. Also, We had multiple kids step on glass within the kitchen of the property. I relayed this to the owner and she stated she would speak with the cleaning crew. We ended up sweeping up the entire kitchen and living area and basically found many many shards of glass.

This house was in a group of rental houses, all behind a code-operated gate. It felt very secure, as only guests could drive in and out. They were well marked, so I didn’t have trouble finding ours.The house was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some pantry items.We only experienced one issue while we were there. We did not receive the gate code prior to our stay, and we didn’t know to ask. Be sure to contact your host if it isn’t in your stay info email! It was pretty late at night when we got there, but when I called, Rachel answered right away and gave us the code. She was very polite and helpful.

The house was absolutely stunning!Only thing that would be better is having Shampoo, body wash, maybe some additional kitchen items. We did utilize the laundry detergent and dryer sheets, which was a great bonus to go home with no dirty clothes. We would go back and recommend this property!

Great family time at "Family Tradition"

The property is beautiful and clean. It is always a bonus when we rent a VRBO and every bedroom has a bathroom, so kudos for that! The upstairs bedroom/bunkroom and playroom are very spacious with a foosball table. The house is on the second row of houses, so it is not on the river; however, it is a short walk. I was just a little bummed about not having a view of it. We carried a gas grill because we were unsure what kind of grill was available and our family cooked BBQ ribs, burgers and brats. I am glad we did since the one on the property was a small charcoal grill like at a park. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property.

Amazing Get-A-Way

Property was clean and perfect for our purposes. Area and walkability along the river very nice. Lock was on/off as to access -- sometimes would not unlock. Everything else in great working order -- no issues. Thank you!!

Premium Family Friendly Cabin

We really enjoy our stay on this brand new cabin beside the river. Kids had a blast. The hosts where responsive and helpful. We would defined book this one again in the near future.

Family and Friends coming together

Plenty of space for everyone. We loved letting the kids play upstairs and outside, they had plenty of room to run around and explore. One thing I do wish they would have had, and may have I didn’t ask about was board/card games. We didn’t think to bring any but did run to the dollar store and get some so it was easily solved. Owners where able to let us check in almost 2 hours early which was nice to let the kids and grandparents out of the car and relax while we ran to the market. Place was super clean and had everything.

Clean cabin and good location

This is a nice cabin, clean, but not to the standards of some of the others cabins I have stayed at in this neighborhood. You can tell it was quickly built to begin renting out. The kitchen isn't completely stocked, no handrails to go upstairs (this was an issue for both kids and adults going upstairs), and a couple cosmetic issues in the bathroom. I think this cabin is great for a max of 8 adults, and it will be tight. If you have kids, maybe choose another cabin. The table only seats 6 and there is no room to sit at the bar if the table is full. If you sit outside at the table, no one can get past you to get to the other side of the deck. If you are outside downstairs, you can hear even a child walking upstairs. And if inside, you can hear the bags hitting if others are playing cornhole. Again, it is pretty and clean. I would expect a slightly cheaper price for this cabin.

Hidden paradise!

We were blown away shortly after entering this little gated community. It's amazing! There are no pictures that can do it justice. We loved our house so much and it was perfect. Incredibly clean! My biggest worry with a rental is always the beds. Will they be comfortable, but we are so happy to say all beds & bedding are top notch. You will not be disappointed if you book this house!

Loved the Cabin

We enjoyed the cabin very much. The cabin is not directly on the river we had to walk which was not a big deal to get to the river but I would have like to sit on the porch to see the river. Also the grill is not very big for a big group of people to cook for. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and the river! I would stay again!!!!

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this property is great. The only thing we didn't realize upon arrival is that it isn't right up against the river. However, it is literally less than 60ft to the water, with it's own access to the river. We will definitely stay at this property (or at least this neighborhood) again!
