Conveniently located and affordable, Paralia is fantastic for families and couples. Nestled in amongst the exclusivity and tranquillity of Pearl Beach, just 90 minutes drive from Sydney, this two bedroom traditional beach house is just a short walk to the sands of Pearl Beach.

This holiday house is cosy and comfortable filled with natural light. It`s huge backyard offers plenty of room for children to play and seek adventure whilst being supervised from the huge entertaining deck. Set amongst an enchanting, tranquil array of trees this beautiful location provides a haven for wildlife and offers the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Only ten minutes drive to Patonga, Umina and Ettalong Beach town centre`s.

Master bedroom features a queen bed whilst the second bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes for clothes and storage. Additional single daybed available on request.

* Entertaining deck with gas BBQ, two separate 8-seater outdoor seating areas

Disappointment

Hi, 1. There is construction just next door, tradies come along to work at 7 am on Saturday - No one mentioned this detail and obviously, we went there for a peaceful stay 2. Me and my friends saw cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards and on the floor 3. There are several spider webs on the deck(on the walls, windows, and roof) 4. The table and chairs in the garden are all dirty that you don't want to sit there(not like the photos in the ad) 5. There is literally no basic condiments supplied in the kitchen( eg. no salt, no pepper) -There is basically 2 pieces of instant coffee and 2 pieces of sugar I called the agency after we arrived(at 7 pm) to let him know that there is no salt; if we would have known this, we would buy before arriving and he recommended me to go and get it from the market:) This house is no different than a hotel room (without a mini bar fridge) 6. I contacted the agency to understand if there is a coffee machine in the house, he answered: there is no coffee machine and only instant coffee would be provided, then I brought my coffee plunger but there were 2 of them at the house already:) I don't think the agency is aware of what is supplied in the kitchen 7. Even though the total amount in the confirmation message via Homeaway is $961.90, as both agency and home away charges you separately, they charged me $974.62 in total(I found this confusing) 8. Even though we paid $75 extra for all linens and towels, the beds are covered with plastic bags which makes you sweating that you woke up in the middle of the night -such uncomfortableness Regards, Aysegul
