This property is ideal for families with its open plan living, modern kitchen, spacious interiors, air conditioning in the living area, and a large sun-drenched yard with a family-friendly swimming pool.

Sand and Sea is only a short stroll to the surf and sand at Pearl Beach; spend the day enjoying the sun and saltwater, or enjoy a game of tennis at the local tennis courts. The property is a five-minute drive to Umina Beach, eateries, shops, weekend markets, ferry services and so much more.

Master bedroom contains a king bed and single, built-ins and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and double vanity.
Bedroom 2 has 1 single bunk bed and 1 tri bunk, built-ins and ensuite with shower.

* Open and inviting living space with TV, DVD, fireplace, leather lounges
* Spacious kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, island bench
* Outdoor entertaining; in ground pool, covered patio with BBQ, outdoor seating
* In floor air-conditioning (downstairs), pedestal fans in bedrooms, off-street parking
* Only 200m walk to beachfront, kids playground, cafe, restaurant, tennis courts
* Main bathroom with bath, shower. Full internal laundry with washer, dryer, shower and toilet

All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no pets or smoking allowed

Please be aware, there is a caretaker house located on the property, that may be occupied from time to time by the caregiver. Rest assure, you will not be disturbed at all throughout your stay and is separated from the holiday house

Was great. Easy access to everything

Excellent location, great place. Lacked air-conditioning up stairs in bedrooms which would have made it much more comfortable

Lovely property

Loved the property and the location. The only thing I would mention is that the kitchen is not very well appointed. Some basics such as olive oil and salt/pepper would have made our stay a little easier as we cooked multiple times.

Terrible stinky place

As soon as we opened the front door, there was a stinky smell in the property that we couldn’t stand. Kids were in tears didn’t want to sleep there so we had to book a hotel elsewhere Pool was not cleaned either.Managers were not cooperative to refund us!!

Top spot. Needs a clean and some love.

This property presents well online. It has a top spot a 3 min walk from the beach and cafe. When we arrived the pool was cloudy, inside there were cob webs, dust and grot on most surfaces unfortunately. The lock on the back deck door was broken and we had to remove the key to that door from the keys for the entire stay to lock it. While we were there the weather was fairly stormy and because the gutters are seemingly blocked the water simply ran down the glass on the front of the upstairs and filled the window sills etc. We nicknamed it the house of rules after being pounded with rules from booking to checkout. The towels provided were threadbare and tore when being used through no fault of our own. The main king bed has also seen better days and might be due for replacement. The house smelt like a wet dog inside whenever returning from the day, very musty and gross! We will be back to beautiful Pearl Beach, and would stay here again if we were confident saw the long overdue maintenance, got a damn good clean and was shown some love by the owners/management company.

Spacious property, great location

Spacious house with a large living, dining and kitchen area. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are well-sized though the upstairs rooms can get very warm in the hot weather (no air con upstairs). Pool is great. 5 minute walk to the beach. Beware of spiders/bugs around the property as the backyard is bushland - not a huge issue though.
