The home was very nice and had plenty of dishes and silverware in the kitchen which we took advantage of. Very nice property that would be good for multiple families or couples to each get their own space while having "common" areas to hang out together.

Home was very clean and management company very responsive. We needed nothing but they sent several check-in text to make sure we knew how to reach them if needed. Views from this home are beautiful! Hot tub was clean and functioned properly. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice stemware and dishes. Wine fridge was also nice to have to store several bottles of wine. Beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable! Humidifiers were in a couple rooms which is awesome to have in the mountains. We bring our own but was nice to have others. All-in-all a very good trip.

This place was better than the pictures and unlike any VRBO we have ever rented. Fully stocked with all kitchen needs. The views were amazing with easy access to Breck and Copper. Everyone says they’ll come back and I am going to start checking availability for next year the same day we checked out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Breckenridge home. The management team was incredibly attentive and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication was easy, prompt, and helpful throughout our stay.The location couldn’t have been better! Centrally located with breathtaking mountain views that never got old. The home itself was exceptionally well stocked, and CLEAN! Honestly, better than any VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, making it easy to feel right at home.We were especially impressed with how thoughtfully prepared the house was; ample shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, laundry detergent, and paper products were provided for the entire stay, which is such a rare and appreciated touch.This was truly top-notch, 5-star service in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful getaway

Had a quiet and restful stay at this beautiful home just outside of Breckenridge. Although it was still snowing at the end of May, it was nice just to sit by the fireplaces (there are at least 3 in the home) and relax. Many comfortable sitting areas with lovely views. The surrounding area is very quiet and there are a number of trails nearby including the Colorado Trail. The management was also responsive. Very much enjoyed my time there.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time with this property. It's a beautiful residence, in a great location (between Frisco and Breck), and was exactly what we needed. It's an enormous house. More house than the 4 of us could take advantage of. A beautiful addition would be a spa/hot tub - right under the balcony. But it's hard to complain. The staff was quick and easy to work with. Would 100% stay here again, winter or summer.

Family Ski Trip

Everyone really enjoyed the steam room, dry sauna, and hot tub. Great kitchen and roomy bedrooms. Issues to consider; in the afternoon the living area upstairs is unusable due to the sun blaring in. Makes it too hot and too bright. Recommend shades of some sort. Also very bright with the moon shining through sky light in master bath. Would recommend wearing eye covers when you go to bed.. Overall we really liked the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say that this property is very nice, with lots of open spaces and great features. We spent about a week there and really enjoyed our stay until we received what we believe was an arbitrary charge for "excessive cleaning". Be careful with the check-out instructions, since they say you can leave any remaining food in the kitchen, and we were surprised with pictures of what we left in the fridge, perfectly good to use, looking like trash among a few empty bottles that we left, and because of these, we were charged $500 out of the blue. By mistake, we left a few balloons that had confetti in them in a room (it was the birthday of one of our friends) and the cleaning service, instead of putting them in a bag and burst them inside it, they burst them right on the floor causing a mess with the confetti, and using this as part of the justification to charge this insane amount, something that I am sure they solved with a vacuum cleaner in just a few minutes. We tried to negotiate with the administration, but they justified their charge by saying that the cleaning service rarely reports this type of "excessive cleaning" and it should be paid. There was no willingness whatsoever to listen to us or dispute their third party provider. We regret this situation and hope VisitBreak pays more attention to their providers and their acts, which from our point of view, were done in bad faith just to charge more money. If you decide to stay at this property, better leave everything spotless so you don't expose to a situation like this.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a gorgeous property on a lovely lot with majestic views of the mountains. The house itself is nicely furnished and well-stocked with essential supplies. The lot on which the house sits has many beautiful features, including a couple of decks and a lower patio with a firepit and hot tub. There is a water feature and a gazebo with a picnic table. The property backs onto a national forest. It is nicely located in a quiet area but close enough to be convenient for visiting Breckenridge as well as the Dillon and Frisco areas. There is a trail in the neighborhood, and while we enjoy hiking other trails in the area, it was especially nice to simply walk out the door to walk the trail closeby which has a couple of areas with creek access.The views from the deck and from the main living areas of the house are fabulous, probably 180 degree views. We have stayed in many lovely Colorado homes, but I think this property has the best views we have ever had. The linens in the house are very nice. Mattresses are new and firm. The dream kitchen was stocked with a good supply of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and basic spices as well as enough paper goods and detergents to get the visit started without having to go to the store immediately. I might suggest a few back-up towels for exchanging out when washing since the washers and dryers take a considerable amount of time and we were in and out a lot. A spare set of sheets would have also been nice. There were lots of towels provided for the hot tub.There are a couple of things to note about this property for those who have disabilities or young children. None of these comments are intended as a criticism of an amazing property, and most of what I will mention is apparent in the pictures. First, note that the large bedroom with two queens and a sleeper sofa has an exterior entrance. It requires going outside the main house in order to get to it, so it is not suitable for young chi
