This charming and well-appointed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath multi-level townhome features bright and comfortable decor offering wonderful pond views and is located in the lovely family friendly resort community of Bayville Shores just 2.5 miles west of the Fenwick Island beaches. Bayville Shores offers wonderful amenities with large and kiddie pools, kids’ playground and fitness center, volleyball, tennis, basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing pier and boat ramp all within a short walking distance. Amenities also include central air conditioning, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, 5 TVs, WiFi, gas grill, sun room and master suite deck overlooking the pond. The many beaches of Fenwick Island, Bethany and Ocean City along with restaurants and shopping are only a short drive minutes away! Mini Weeks available both in and out of season!
